Program Summary
Leaders of creative agencies are living in a time of unprecedented change. These changes made possible by democratized generative AI will have impacts on all aspects of agency activity including: staffing and upskilling, margins and expenses, client expectations. In order to not only survive, but to thrive, leaders need to have objective, hands-on experience with the technologies in the context of agency operations. This will take the learner through the familiar process of receiving a brief from a potential client and develop a pitch to win the business.
Outcomes/Objectives
Upon completion of this course, learners are able to:
Assess the capabilities and applicability of generative AI technologies through first-hand experience.
Identify roles and functions that are strong candidates for investment in training, upskilling, or recruiting talent.
Communicate the real-world capabilities and limitations of generative AI to properly set client expectations.
Demonstrate fundamental proficiency with generative AI tools to support ongoing self-guided exploration.
Earning Requirements
Learners must complete weekly assignments and prompt journals that build to an integrated final pitch deck presentation, complete with narrative, data, and media assets.
Program Duration
20 hours
*Learners are eligible for distinction by earning a course grade of B+ or higher.
