Program Summary

This pioneering nine-month program allows participants to learn the leadership and advocacy skills to become a trusted advisor to the CEO and board, anticipating information security challenges and developing future-focused solutions aligned with business goals.

Outcomes/Objectives

Upon completion of this workshop, participants are able to:

• Develop and communicate effective information security strategies

• Organize and lead IT security teams

• Establish risk governance frameworks and manage cyber risks

• Navigate information security regulations, laws, and ethics

• Implement organizational cyber preparedness and training

• Understand emerging technologies and their security implications

Deliverable

Participants must

• Complete quizzes, activities, and discussions, including the development of CISO job descriptions and professional development plans, design of cyber risk committees, and creation of privacy policies with security controls

• Complete culminating playbook activities for practical application
