This nine-month program provides participants with the tools and frameworks to build leadership and communication skills to excel as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the CEO.
Outcomes/Objectives
Upon completion of this workshop, participants are able to:

Complete a culminating capstone project addressing a real-world IT leadership challenge
Participate in interactive case studies and simulations
Complete peer evaluations and feedback sessions
Develop a personal leadership action plan
