Career Hub Bootcamp Facilitator Badge
Program Summary
The Career Hub Bootcamp Facilitator badge is awarded to individuals who have successfully led and supported students in intensive technical skills bootcamps. These bootcamps focus on preparing students for technical interviews and cover either data science principles or software engineering principles (with a focus on LeetCode problem solving). Facilitators are responsible for conducting learning sessions, providing coaching, developing materials, and supporting students' learning and development.
Outcomes/Objectives
Bootcamp facilitators:
Conduct live online sessions to teach Data Science concepts or LeetCode problems and related software engineering topics.
Provide technical interview coaching to students.
Develop curriculum and materials, including projects and homework assignments.
Review student work and provides feedback.
Monitor online communication channels (e.g., Slack) to answer student questions and provide support.
Create additional resources to facilitate student self-directed learning.
Conduct technical interviewing workshops.
Earning Requirements
Facilitators are assessed based on their performance and completion of a short reflection following the bootcamps.
Program Duration
18-20 hours per week (9 weeks)
