Career Hub Bootcamp Facilitator Badge

Program Summary

The Online Bootcamp Facilitator badge is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated proficiency in instructing and supporting students in technical bootcamps focused on Data Science and LeetCode. Facilitators are responsible for delivering instruction, developing course materials, providing student support, and coaching students in technical interview skills. They play a crucial role in preparing students for technical interviews and careers in data science or software engineering.

Outcomes/Objectives

Bootcamp facilitators:

  • Conduct live online sessions to teach Data Science or LeetCode concepts.  

  • Develop curriculum and prepare materials, including projects, homework, and lectures.  

  • Assess student work and provide timely feedback.  

  • Provide technical interview coaching and conduct practice sessions.  

  • Engage with students through online channels, addressing questions and sharing resources.  

  • Monitor student progress and provide support to ensure successful completion of the bootcamp.

  • Collaborate with program administrators and other instructors.

Earning Requirements

Facilitators are assessed based on their performance and completion of a short reflection following the bootcamps.

Program Duration

18-20 hours per week (9 weeks)
