Program Summary

The Career Hub Bootcamp Administrator micro-badge is awarded to individuals who manage the administrative tasks critical to the operation of technical skills bootcamps. These bootcamps focus on preparing students for technical interviews and cover Data Science and LeetCode. Administrators handle student communication, application processing, attendance tracking, content management, and program evaluation.

Outcomes/Objectives

Bootcamp administrators:

  • Conduct information sessions to educate students about the program.  

  • Review student applications and approve participants.  

  • Manage email communication with students.  

  • Identify and communicate with industry professionals for sessions and presentations.  

  • Collect and organize program materials, including homework, recordings, and attendance data.  

  • Track student attendance and performance.  

  • Develop and analyze program assessments.  

  • Monitor student feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Earning Requirements

Administrators are assessed based on their performance and completion of a short reflection following the bootcamps.

Program Duration

18-20 hours per week (9 weeks)
